November 2014 Featured Artist: Morris “Mo Mack” McClellan

Mo has been playing, singing and writing since he was 14, learning roots American folk music from his older brothers.

His newest album features acoustic instruments, well-crafted, intelligent lyrics, and ample harmony supporting his lead voice. You might call it smooth folk steeped in country and roots traditions. Many of the songs he writes and chooses to perform from other writers seek to resonate with deeper aspects of life, others might be just plain fun.
